You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must show:
The sealed package
Shipping label
Complete unboxing process
Full view of the product and all parts
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damage caused after delivery by the customer is not eligible.
We do not accept product returns.
We do not provide monetary refunds.
Only replacement will be provided if the issue meets our policy conditions.
Replacement may be provided only if:
Physical damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
Product defect is reported within 24 hours.
Software or functional issues are reported within 24 hours.
BM Stocks may provide guidance or replacement based on verification.
Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:
No unboxing video provided
Complaint reported after 24 hours
Damage caused by customer misuse
Product used or altered after delivery
Minor color/design variation due to lighting or screen differences
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delivery failure due to customer not responding to courier calls
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded after deducting processing charges.
Customers must provide correct delivery details.
Customers must respond to courier calls for delivery coordination.
